The Partners recognise that by eliminating discrimination we can more effectively meet the objectives of our Practice in our dealings with people. 
It is the policy of the Partners to comply with our statutory obligations under the Race Relations Act 1976 and its subsequent amendments.
It is the policy of the Partners to observe as far as practicable the Equality and Human Rights Commission Code of Practice for Employment.

Principles

All members of the Practice are equal in terms of colour, race, nationality and ethnic origin
Recruitment, training and promotion shall be on the basis of academic and professional qualifications and experience and career.
